So I did this last year, and I thought it was a great idea. I really wanted to draw something for this year, but unfortunately I'm way out of drawing practice. So perhaps next year. ;u;b

So for Santa's Workshop, they are still recruiting elves! If you can only donate one piece, then please consider joining.

Because of a late start and a busy roster of elves, we're staying low-key and doing things a little differently this year, so stay tuned for new instructions coming soon on how to send in your request letters to Santa!
Meanwhile, we're looking for a number of selfless elves to help us fulfill those requests again this year! If you have been an elf in the past (but had to leave us at some point) and would like to participate again, please send a note titled Returning Elf and include the year(s) you participated and any previous username you might have used.
If you are a new elf who would like to apply this year, please send a note titled New Elf with the following information:
1) Why do you want to be an elf?
2) How many requests are you able to accept? (We do not have a hard deadline this year but prefer requests to be finished by February.)

To enter, please read these instructions VERY CAREFULLY! Failure to follow the rules can result in disqualification! Instead of sending a typical request for a character, you will send in a DESCRIPTION of the character you would like drawn.
GENDER:
Select MALE or FEMALE based on how your character appears. For example, if you have a male character who looks like a woman, write in FEMALE. If your character is androgynous or not humanoid, leave this BLANK.
AGE:
If your character is humanoid, write down the apparent age of your character. So your 500 year old vampire who looks like a 10 year-old should be listed as 10.

Hello Everyone,

Some of you may or may not know, but I've been accepted by an English teaching school and will be moving to Japan for a year. It has been my dream ever since highschool to go and live and Japan, and now my dream is finally coming true! ^o^)/

Because of that, I do not know when I'll be able to continue drawing again, or when I will update/check my account. So to everyone, I just wanted to let you know I am definitely not ignoring you! I'm just super busy and missing you all greatly!

I will be leaving for Japan next Wednesday, and I will try to have everything finished/commented on before then. ;o;/

Hello Everyone! It's official I'm going to be living and working in Japan!

I got accepted to a private English school in Japan, AEON Corp. They are a very respectable company with 300+ schools across Japan~
I am going to be working in Kobe City, near the Sannomiya Station. Great placement! I can't wait to go!
I will be leaving for Japan April 5th, and I will be there for an entire year! I can't wait to get started! This is going to be such an adventure~!

Hello~

Decided to change my Journal since the other one was really, really long.

I have since graduated from UCLA, and have gotten my certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language. (yay!) Getting that certificate was actually a lot harder (and time consuming) than I thought it was going to be. Thank god its over now! I am hoping to start applying to JET and AEON once the applications open up. Wasn't able to get into them last year, but hopefully this year now that I'm all graduated and a teaching certificate under my belt, I will  be able to make it to Japan within the next year or so. *u*/

Other than that, just been playing Sims 3 recently, drawing a little, and working. Life has become pretty monotonous since I finished school. Anyways, how is everyone doing? I haven't heard from some of you in a long time. ;u;
